Use
One package of Amalaki (100g) covers the regular daily supply of vitamin C for a period of three days. In case of increased need of vitamin C due to decreased immunity, disease, convalescence, sports performance or other physical and mental stress, it is advisable to consume one package a day.
Dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a dry place under 25°C. Not convenient for children, pregnant and nursing women.
