Recently I came across the Himalayan Ayurvedic herbal teas and tried some of them (PITTA, BHRINGARAJ, JAIPHAL) and I am very happy with them. I am much calmer, my shoulder ligament got stronger, my toes` verrucas is vanishing..

I use them and recommend their consumption, as they allow for the natural recovery of pathological conditions, but they also act as health-promoting agents. I stopped taking artificial vit C to help with iron absorption, because AMALAKI is very rich in this vitamin and played the role of an increased adjuvant to ferritin.
They are good teas.

I suffered from a stomach disorder accompanied by diarrhea and stomach cramps for a few days. However I ate one package of AMALAKI fruit. It managed to stop my diarrhea and rid me of the stomach pain. Excellent, I recommend it!
