Sweet, sour, tart with honey and use with vegan milk, tasty. Teas have been well received by friends! I wish you would get to more people, especially in the healing, nursing and hospital sectors, with the elderly and children. I drink ASHWAGANDHA tea twice a day. It is amazing, no pills for sleep, only herbs and I must say I do not like herbal teas, but this one is not bad, I like it and it tastes good. I recommend it.
I have been taking Ayurvedic teas for a long time and can only recommend them. Personally they have helped me with dental problems, after eye surgery, digestion, musculoskeletal problems. Excellent products at a reasonable price :)
