Good day. I have a very good experience with JATAMANSI tea. Due to difficult life problems, I began to have insomnia and anxiety, which later turned into depression. APANA tea gives relief from pain, after two cups there is no need to use pills. Also MEDHIKA for nursing was really helpful when I had little milk.
