Traditional Ayurvedic Bhringaraj, oil known as the “ruler of hair”, acts as a tonic or “rasayana” for hair regeneration. Regular oiling and scalp massage known as “Murdha taila” improves blood circulation to the hair roots and thus enhances hair growth. The head is the seat of the brain, nerve centre and sensory organs. Therefore, scalp care helps to relieve mental tension, agitation and stress. In case of acute tension in the head, apply a few oil drops to the nostrils.
Recommended Dosage
Perform the head massage regularly 3 times a week for 5-10 minutes. Leave the oil on as a hair mask for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. In the morning, shampoo your hair and rinse with warm water.Apply in period of 1-3 months.
Use
Remove the seal under the cap. Place the bottle in warm water, allow the oil to warm to a comfortable body temperature and then rub it with circular movements of the fingers, first into the scalp (murdha taila) and then apply to the entire length of the hair.
