I drink ASHWAGANDHA tea twice a day. It is amazing, no pills for sleep, only herbs and I must say I do not like herbal teas, but this one is not bad, I like it and it tastes good. I recommend it.
I have had a persistent, dry, irritating cough for at least 4 months and TULSI tea immediately relieved me. After the first tea, I stopped coughing at night and was finally able to sleep! For years I have suffered from persistent allergies (dust, mites, pollens), which got worse with each passing year.
