I got the Ayurvedic immunity drink AMALAKI drink SHILAJIT MUMIO from a friend and started drinking it regularly every morning before breakfast. I have had a persistent, dry, irritating cough for at least 4 months and TULSI tea immediately relieved me. After the first tea, I stopped coughing at night and was finally able to sleep! During the day I coughed less and less until the cough gradually subsided completely within 4-5 days. It tastes delicious!
At the end of 2009 I drank SARPAGANDHA tea because my blood pressure was quite unstable. After two month my blood pressure got back to normal and it stays within good numbers.
