Use
Remove the seal under the cap. Place the bottle in warm water, allow the oil to warm to a comfortable body temperature and then gently rub the oil on the affected area of the skin using circular movements. Apply regularly 2-3 times a day for a few minutes for 1-3 months. Leave the oil on the skin for at least 30 minutes and then wash it with warm water.
