It reduces the feeling of fatigue and tension of strained muscles, back, limbs and joints. It is an excellent companion for yoga and fitness, during sports performance, physical exertion or convalescence.
Recommended Dosage
Apply at least 3 times a week for 5-10 minutes over a period of 3-6 months. Do not use on the face as a facial oil!
Use
Remove the seal under the cap. Place the bottle in warm water, allow the oil to warm to a comfortable body temperature and then massage it gently but thoroughly into the tissue of the affected area using circular motions. Apply at least 3 times a week for 5-10 minutes over a period of 3-6 months. Mahanarayan oil is suitable for full body massage for relaxation and overall regeneration as part of Abhyanga treatment. Do not use on the face as a facial oil! After the massage, allow the oil to absorb for 15 minutes and then take a shower with warm water.
