Use
Remove the seal under the cap. Place the bottle in warm water, allow the oil to warm to a comfortable body temperature and then apply to the skin. Using circular movements with sensitivity and attention, massage first the hands and feet, then the limbs and joints, then the abdomen and chest and finally the shoulders, neck, face, head and lumbar spine. Allow the oil to absorb for 15 minutes and then shower with warm water.
