Application of doshic oils
The best time to apply doshic oil daily is in the morning. Place the bottle in warm water, allow the oil to warm to a comfortable body temperature and then apply it to the skin. Using circular motions, rub the oil into the skin all over the body with feeling and attention. Massage first the hands and feet, then the limbs and joints, then the abdomen and chest, and finally the shoulders, neck, face, head and lumbar spine. Leave the oil on for 15 minutes and then take a shower with warm water. The warm bath helps to open the pores on the surface of the skin and allows the oil to penetrate even deeper below the surface of the skin into the body tissues. If you need to relieve tension and stress from the day or relieve the burning sensation in your eyes to prevent difficulty falling asleep or insomnia, massage at night before bed with extra care for your feet.
If you are going through a more challenging time in your life or have the following medical conditions, then skip regular self-massage: indigestion, constipation, colds, flu, fever, lymphatic infection, extremely high kapha dosha, menstruation and pregnancy.
KHADIRA oil for problematic skin
Ayurvedic skin oil KHADIRA effectively cleanses and regenerates problematic skin. Based on sesame, neem and karanja oil with a rich composition of plant extracts and essential oils from Ayurvedic herbs such as acacia, turmeric, jasmine, indigo tree, heart moth and black peppermint, it detoxifies the skin and restores its overall health and good looks.
Traditional Ayurvedic Khadira oil, known as a "skin tonic", is designed to regenerate sensitive, acne-prone, irritated and problematic skin prone to dermatological problems. It contains a unique combination of herbs with antiseptic and antifungal properties. It helps to soothe itchy, red, cracked or injured skin. Helps minimize pigment spots, protects skin microflora and benefits the overall health of skin tissue.
Healthy skin is created on the basis of good blood quality and purity. Disorders of the skin tissue are usually associated with the presence of toxic substances in the blood, and for deep regeneration, it is advisable to simultaneously use purifying Ayurvedic teas (Nimba, Gauri, Haridra) and herbal elixirs (Raktaprash, Svedaprash) to serve as an internal skin care remedy. We then recommend combining them with Khadira oil as part of an Ayurvedic health treatment for Blood and Skin Detoxification or Skin Care.
Application of Khadira skin oil
Place the bottle in warm water, allow the oil to warm to a comfortable body temperature and then gently rub the oil onto the affected area of the skin in circular motions. Apply regularly 2-3 times a day for a few minutes between 1-3 months. Leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes and then wash the skin with warm water.
BHRINGARAJ hair oil
Ayurvedic hair oil BHRINGARAJ contains a variety of herbs, vitamins and minerals that promote hair growth and their health, shine and beauty. Based on sesame, coconut, peanut, cottonseed and mango oils with a rich formulation of plant extracts and essential oils from Ayurvedic herbs such as bhringaraj, amalaki, brahmi, neem, karanja and rose stoic, it cares for healthy skin and natural hair nourishment and regeneration. It is beneficial for frizz, hair loss and greying of hair.
The traditional Ayurvedic oil Bhringaraj, known as the 'ruler of hair', acts as a tonic or 'rasayana' for hair regeneration. Regular oiling and massage of the scalp or 'murdha taila' improves blood circulation to the hair roots, thereby enhancing hair growth. The oil is recommended to be used as part of the Ayurvedic Health Hair Care treatment along with Bhringaraj tea, Keshaprash elixir and Amalaki drink.
The head is the seat of the brain, nerve centre and sensory organs. Therefore, scalp care also brings relief from mental tension, agitation and stress. In case of acute tension in the scalp area, apply a few drops of oil in the nostrils. The oil is then recommended for use as part of an Ayurvedic health treatment Stress & Mental Balance or Nervous Tension & Sleep.
Application of Bhringaraj Hair Oil
Place the bottle in warm water, allow the oil to warm to a comfortable body temperature and then rub it into the scalp with circular movements of the fingers, first as part of a scalp massage (murdha taila) and then apply to the entire length of the hair. Massage regularly 3 times a week for 5-10 minutes. Leave the oil on as a hair mask for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. In the morning, shampoo your hair and rinse with warm water. Use between 1-3 months.
MAHANARAYAN oil for muscles and joints
Ayurvedic massage oil MAHANARAYAN relieves tension and stiffness of body tissues. Based on the valuable oils of black mustard seed, lovage, cajeput, clove, Ceylon cinnamon and Himalayan cedar, together with the effective composition of more than three dozen plant extracts and essential oils from Ayurvedic herbs such as gokshura, ashwaganda, ginger, black peppermint, Coptic cumin and mint, it brings relief, regeneration and refreshment to the whole body.
Traditional Ayurvedic Mahanarayan oil, known as the oil of "eternal life", is suitable for full body massage. It promotes intense blood circulation to the skin and warms the body tissues. It reduces the feeling of fatigue and tension of strained muscles, back, limbs and joints. It is an excellent companion for yoga and fitness, endurance running and weight training, and generally for any sporting activity, physical exertion or recovery. We recommend using the oil along with the Ayurvedic health treatments Sport & Fitness, Joint Mobility, Back & Spine Relief or Fatigue & Lack of Energy.
Application of Mahanarayan massage oil
Place the bottle in warm water, allow the oil to warm to a comfortable body temperature and then massage the oil gently but thoroughly into the tissue of the affected area using circular movements. Apply at least 3 times a week for 5-10 minutes over a period of 3-6 months. Mahanarayan oil is also suitable for full body massage for relaxation and overall regeneration as part of Abhyanga treatment. Do not use on the face as a facial oil! After the massage, allow the oil to absorb for 15 minutes and then take a shower with warm water.
TIP FOR RUNNERS: Rub Mahanarayan oil on your thighs, knees, calves and entire feet, including the heel, between the toes and anywhere you may experience chafing, blisters or blisters during a long run such as a marathon or during intense training for shorter distances. Thanks to its effective composition of many Ayurvedic herbs, the oil is very well absorbed and keeps the skin supple and properly lubricated during running to resist chafing due to friction and increased stress. At the same time, it also treats and regenerates it, unlike petroleum jelly which only creates a greasy film. After sporting activity, re-massage the entire body with oil, especially the lumbar muscles, thighs, knees, calves and feet.
